Pick up at your hotel at 7;30 and transfer by vehicle to Trung Ha bridge and start cycling to Yen Bai along the bank of Red River .Cycling through villages and local market . Arrive late afternoon. Stay 1 night.

Day 2 : Yen Bai Cycle to Sapa
After breakfast. A demanding, hilly, day along the mountain and river range culminating with the ascent of the spectacular , visiting the Vietnam & China border gate if time permitting. Stay 2 nights.

Day 3 : Sapa Cycling to Village
Start from your hotel at 8:30 Am ,Today we will cycling to explore Sa Pa an old French hill-station, in a spectacular location close to the Chinese border. This morning we will cycling to Village , Lao Chai and Ta Van village ( Red Dzao and H’mong people ) end then cycling uphill back to Sapa , Free afternoon to explore Sapa by your self.

Day 4 : Sapa Cycle to Than Uyen
Retrace our route back over the Tram Ton pass to Binh Lu junction and follow the road 4D north west to Tam Duong and to Lai Chau . One of the most beautiful mountain view when we cycling down hill from Water fall to Than Uyen .

Day 5 : Than Uyen Cycle to Nghia Lo
Breakfast and today we will cycling along the mountain and river range culminating with the ascent of the spectacular ,one the way we will stop to visit Mu Cang Chai. Mù Cang Chải is a rural district of Yên Bái Province, in the Northeast region of Vietnam. As of 2003, the district had a population of 42,574. The district covers an area of 1,199 km². The district capital lies at Mù Cang Chả. Most of local peole is H,mong and Dzao people living here .Very beautiful view on the way and to visit local market . O / N in Nghia Lo town.

Day 6 : Nghia Lo – Hanoi
Breakfast and starting cycling from hotel to Thu Cuc , Thanh Son and to Dong Quang bridge , on the way we will see beautiful green tea hill and falm trees , Lunch on the way and reach to Thanh Son and then transfer by van to Hanoi . End The Tour.
